Bulgarian born and raised, Iva Gocheva knew pretty early on in her career that her ambitions were bigger than the town she was raised in so she eventually made her way to New York to pursue her dream of being a filmmaker. Early on she mostly landed parts in short films, but then she got her break when she got a small part in the TV series Glass Home. Since then she has landed bigger roles in different movies and TV shows, but she has also worked behind the camera as a writer, director, and producer on a few different projects.
