Sonia Seiff Knows How Make A Nude Woman More Beautiful
Of all the great art I have seen in my time on this planet the works of Michelangelo, Georges Seurat, and Robert Mapplethrope have stuck with me the most. But now I’ll be adding the work of photographer Sonia Seiffbecause her book, Les Françaises, compiles some the greatest pictures of nude models ever.
Translated “Les Françaises” means “The French” so I’m not sure if the title is meant to mean that the French are some of the most people on the planet or it simply doesn’t matter what you call a book filled with completely nude models, people are going to buy it. Of course, it could be filled with only a few nude pictures of Elodie Bouchez and Josephine De La Baume and everyone else is completely dressed and odds are I would still buy a copy of it. Yes, I have a feeling I’m not going to be the only one heading out to the local bookstore to pick up a copy of Les Françaises (or three) after work.
Impressionists, landscapes, and all the other forms are art are wonderful, but I don’t know if there is any better work of art than a beautiful nude woman. Sonia Seiff really has created some long lasting works of art that each and every one of us will love to look at over and over and over again.
