Always a Grind (2020)

Always a Grind (2019) is an independent film in the same vein as those old Judy Garland/Mickey Rooney flicks about getting some friends together and putting on a show. The main difference is that this time around, that show is a porno. Let's face it, if Mickey and Judy were still with us, they'd probably be doing exactly that right now, it's sort of the natural progression from where they started. This comedy finds a trio of friends deciding that their lives need more excitement—not to mention that their bank accounts need more cash—so they begin the process of shooting a porno. Stuck in a rut of dead-end jobs with low pay, it seems like to perfect gateway to a new life, one of fame and luxury. However, their dreams are sidelined when a nipple clamp malfunctions on set, causing serious damage to one of the stars and sending things spiraling very quickly out of control when they seek to replace him and keep going. It's relatable to anyone who has ever tried to make a homemade porno as we all know, those can go from hot to disastrous in the blink of an eye! While we were certainly hoping for more nudity from a film about, you know, making a porno, we were incredibly happy to see the gorgeous Gia Larosa showing off some amazing cleavage as well as catching the topless debut of the gorgeous Nicole Abelove! If that's the grind the title's talking about, sign us up!
